Help for the RollCD camera app on iOS and Android.
Need help, or found a bug? Email hello@rollbooth.com and we will get back to you. It helps to include your phone model and what you were doing when it happened.
Premium discs show a lock on the disc shelf. Slide to the disc, tap to unlock it, and watch one short ad. The disc is then unlocked for 24 hours. The other discs are always free, and so is shooting and saving.
When you save or share a photo, choose the HD option and watch one short ad. That gives you a 24-hour export pass: every save and share during that time is HD and watermark-free, with no more ads.
Ads need an internet connection, and sometimes none is available for a moment. Check your connection and try again a little later. The app never unlocks without an ad, and never charges you anything.
Everything you shoot lands in your roll, inside the app. When you tap Save, the photo or video is also copied to your phone's photo library, in an album called "RollCD".
RollCD has no account and no cloud backup, so your roll lives only on your phone. Deleting the app deletes the roll. Photos you saved to your photo library stay there. Unlocks last 24 hours and are not restored after a reinstall; watching one ad unlocks a disc again.
No. Photos and videos are processed and stored only on your device. See the privacy policy for details.
