1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Money Pi mobile application ("the App", "the Service"). The App is developed and published by i0 Labs, the app division of i0, operated by Sarath Ramesh as sole proprietor. By downloading, accessing, or using Money Pi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. What We Provide

Money Pi is a digital service — a mobile application that helps you track expenses and manage budgets, including AI-assisted features such as voice entry, receipt scanning, and spending insights. We provide software and digital services only; we do not sell physical goods, and we are not a bank, financial institution, or financial advisor.

3. Products, Pricing & Payment

Money Pi is free to download. We offer an optional paid subscription, Money Pi Pro, in two plans:

• Monthly plan — an auto-renewing subscription billed each month.
• Annual plan — an auto-renewing subscription billed each year at a discount versus monthly.

Both plans include a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. The exact price is displayed on the Google Play in-app purchase screen in your local currency before you confirm. Money Pi Pro removes advertising and increases AI usage limits.

4. Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If you do not cancel during the 14-day free trial, the subscription converts to a paid plan and you will be charged. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Google Play → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep Pro access until the end of the paid period already billed.

5. Refunds

Because all payments are processed by Google Play, refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy. To request a refund, use your Google Play account or contact Google Play support. If you believe you were charged in error, you may also email us at sarathramesh.official@gmail.com and we will assist where possible; however, final refund decisions for Google Play purchases rest with Google.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Money Pi only for lawful, personal purposes. You must not misuse the Service, attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt it, or use it in a way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial data you enter.

7. Accounts

Some features (such as cloud sync) require you to sign in with Google or an email address. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimers

Money Pi is provided "as is" and "as available." AI-generated categorizations, transcriptions, and insights may contain errors and are for convenience only — they do not constitute financial advice. We do not guarantee the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. Always verify important financial information independently.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, i0 Labs and Sarath Ramesh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us (through Google Play) in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you.
